How to check your BIOS info in Linux

The simplest and the fastest way to get your BIOS information from command line (terminal) is to run a command:

In openSUSE Linux

$ sudo dmidecode -t bios

Output:

In LinuxLite (Ubuntu):

$ sudo dmidecode -t bios
